The following actions are strictly prohibited on tt555 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, forfeiture of all funds and reporting to law enforcement authorities:

You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tt555 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if tt555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
